# Devin Desktop (Windsurf) rules: 配置場所とツールでの読み込み方

2026-06-02からWindsurfの新名称となったDevin Desktopは、.devin/rules/ のルールファイルを読み込みます。.windsurf/rules/ と旧式の .windsurfrules も引き続き使用できます。各ルールを常時有効にするか、globで一致させるか、モデルに選ばせるか、手動で呼び出すかは、triggerで指定します。

## 配置場所

- ワークスペース: .devin/rules/*.md（推奨）または .windsurf/rules/*.md（フォールバック）。
- 旧式の単一ファイル: ワークスペースのルートにある .windsurfrules。引き続き読み込まれます。
- グローバル: ~/.codeium/windsurf/memories/global_rules.md。常時有効です。
- 任意のディレクトリにある AGENTS.md。
- システム（Enterprise）: /Library/Application Support/Devin/rules/*.md、/etc/devin/rules/*.md、または C:\ProgramData\Devin\rules\*.md。

## 形式

Markdown。ワークスペースのルールはYAML frontmatterで始まります。triggerには always_on、model_decision、glob、manual を指定します。globルールにはglobsを、model_decisionにはdescriptionを指定します。global_rules.md は6,000文字、各ワークスペースのルールファイルは12,000文字が上限です。

## 優先順位と統合

.devin/ は .windsurf/ より優先されます。システムルールはワークスペースルールやグローバルルールを上書きせず、それらと統合されます。global_rules.md とルートの AGENTS.md は常時有効です。ルールはワークスペース内、そのサブディレクトリ内、およびgitルートまでの親ディレクトリ内で検出されます。

## ヒント

- 新しいルールは .devin/rules/ に作成し、.windsurf/rules/ は古いインストール環境向けにのみ使用してください。
- エージェントが関連する場合にのみ参照するガイダンスには、明確なdescriptionを指定して trigger: model_decision を使用してください。
- 自動生成されるMemoriesが適用されるのは旧式のCascade agentのみです。現在デフォルトのDevin Localには適用されません。
